Instead of a fast-food snack, try a banana with dates.
My Tip: Hydration is key! Drink 1 liter of water per 22 kg of body weight daily. Love coffee or alcohol? Add 600 ml of water per caffeinated or alcoholic drink to stay balanced. Your choices now shape your strength later—make them count!
Assimilation (8 Hours, Typically Evening)
This is where transformation happens. Your body absorbs nutrients, repairs cells, and rebuilds energy stores to keep you thriving. It’s a quiet, powerful process that primes you for the next cycle. Support it by eating earlier, allowing your system to focus on integration rather than digestion in the evening.
